I don't see how this can possibly be legal.
Do we now have a list of free security for the family's of those who cause a dastardly crime and they get death threats?
How about free security for a child molester when his neighbors threaten to burn down his home.?
Do the Phelps family get free security when they arrive to disrupt a funeral? I am sure the Phelps must get a ton of death threats each year.
Can it be that death threats are reason to give security to the comunity unless-------The victim receives death threats for drawing pictures of Mohamed or wishing to burn a holy book of the Muslims.
May I ask, what is the penalty for burning the Torah, the Bible, the Book of Satan, the books of Scientology. To burn the Koran now has a death penalty and getting security from the police you pay to keep the peace now you have to face fines and pay what amounts to another tax for the security you have all ready paid for.?
Hog wash, can I issue a death threat to my neighbors if they refuse to stop having pig picking in their back yard, how about a church that has Sat. night pork and bean bake, can I sue and harass a neighbor that walks their pot belly pig past my home every day ?

The only positive thing would be that we would never hear from Jones again if he has to pay that kind of a bill out of pocket and not get it from other sources.
