Every single government employee that owes income taxes should be assessed a 100% fine and a 100% percent penalty for each year they are behind.

If it were you or I that had not paid taxes, they'd be beating down our doors and demanding their money. Such a double standard. :censored:

When my NYS agency was swallowed up by the Department of Tax & Finance, we were told to make very sure that our taxes (both NYS and Federal) were paid up, or else we'd be looking for other employment.
