Why am I thinking of King Diamond here.?

When my sons were 19 and 17 they had some really odd music that I remember them by. When the youngest boy went into the army at 18 as he got on the bus for boot camp the song on the radio was Guns and Roses, Brown Stone.

When my daughter was a young teen we were having a disagreement in the car and I did not want to go home before we settled the problem so I took the Long Way Home and when Super Tramp came on the radio we stopped arguing and laughed as that was what we were doing.

Ah music, some of the music when the kids were growing up, today to hear it brings those times like a flash back to their and my Youth.
