Prop 8 comes to mind, a Judge allowed the names of people who donated to the Yes on 8 campaign and of course people were harassed and businesses boycotted.
This is why Republicans should be allowed to post at DU, they need to be reminded of things like this.

I just couldn't take all the self-regarding pseudo-intellectual blather where every other word is "cognitive." It was very similar to Sociology. A whole lotta balloon juice. I switched to Accounting to make an honest living.
