I don't know about you, but, I had a great weekend! Frank Trejo (http://www.franktrejokarate.com/about.html)came up and ran a seminar Saturday. He came up Wednesday night and we had lunch with him Thursday followed by a drive in the boonies. Thursday night is the adult class and he watched that then we took him out to dinner, he wanted pizza and chicken wings, so, we had pizza and wings. That dinner was HILARIOUS. Someone made a comment, which led to a retort, which led to another comment, which led to all of us laughing uncontrollably. Friday, we took him out for a picnic by the river, just some good old relaxing.
Friday night was sparring. Saturday was 2 hours of class, followed by more sparring, there was some ass kicking going on down there.
