When does health care reform go into effect?
I watched a town hall meeting on CSPAN last night featuring Arkansas Rep. Mike Ross and he was talking about health care reform.
Apparently this will mean that people will be able to get private health insurance that is subsidized according to a sliding income scale.
When does this go into effect and how do you apply?

3. Yes, medicare for all would have been such a horrible idea.
People are still going to be dying.. and more and more employers are dropping plans all together.

Employers will drop plans because they become so expensive due to a person opting out until they need coverage and then have no waiting period and as such the fine is the cheaper alternative.

Carl, I saw a clip of Dick Morris talking to Americans For Prosperity from Friday. He told the crowd that the Republicans need to shut down the Federal government just like 1995 and 1996. But, this time he'd be on their side, and the Conservatives would win.
