Hello Conservative Cave members!
I'm a gal from IL looking for some great conservative discussion. In a nutshell, I'm a Jeffersonian conservative supporting that little "r" Republicanism and follower of the Austrian economic model. I tend to support the old-school values and get very catty when the government starts treading on my individual liberties :P
Anything else you want to know, just ask!
Looking forward to meeting you all!

Welcome. Where at in Illinois?

Raised in Southern IL, but living in Northern IL now, south of DeKalb, west of Aurora. Land of the Liberals, ugh!

Welcome! I served my time for a number of years in the People's Republic of Chicago as well as Evanston.
You think you were in liberal hell? Check this stat from my neighborhood:
The area is one of the most Democratic of the country: In 2004, John Kerry won 22,800 votes (97.47%) to only 529 (2.26%) for George W. Bush.

Welcome!
I lived in the NW 'Burbs of Chicagoland (Schaumburg, specifically) for a couple of years. I escaped in 1999, just before Y2K didn't happen.
