1. The bread looks scrumptious!

Alas, I only bake bread during the cool/cold months.

And are those peanut butter cookies? I'll be right over with a freshly brewed pot of tea.

6. Butter vs. margarine...

What do you think of this?

http://www.healthcastle.com/butter-or-margarine.shtml

The so-called experts change their stance every other day, it seems. Seeing as I have had health issues regarding this, I have just recently moved to Promise heart healthy margarine. It's not bad tasting at all.

And yet my sis's holistic doc prescribes 2 eggs fried in real butter every day. She is the healthy one...go figure.

2. Just made some basil butter that would be wonderful slathered on a slice of that bread.

4. Basil butter sounds wonderful. (And here's the bread recipe link.)

That was fortuitous that you just happened to make that basil butter. Bring it on!

5. I just woke up from a nap....and my dream came true. Your home must smell like heaven right now. Mr. Pup started barking and grinning at the same time when I showed him these gorgeous pictures. Cool that beac is bringing the basil spread. This could turn into quite a party!

Question from franksolich: what the Hades is "basil butter"?

I used to, sir, and I so much as frankly admitted it.

However, as time goes on, one inevitably changes one's impression of other individuals.

Grab some butter - soften.
Whip in a little basil seasoning.
"Slather" on a slice of DUmmy hard-tack homemade bread.

DUmmy orgasm...

Call the EPA to help clean up the stains...
