If I hear one more time that the "Corporate Tax Rate" in the US is 35%, I think I might just lose it

Seems like that tired-ass lie is back in vogue.

Heard it at least 5 times this week from Hannity, Dave Ramsey, Megyn Kelly, and more.

Simplistic, stupid, and wrong.

Actually DUmmy you are kind of right. Corporations do not pay taxes at all. The simply collect the money needed for taxation from the consumer. When you buy those Cheetos taxes that frito lay has to pay are in the price plus taxes the 7-11 has to pay as well.

5. and the estate tax next year will revert to 55%.

similarly, so few actually pay the top rate.

And you goons cant wait until the wealth of the deceased is taken by gunpoint from the family.

It's a convenient way for the government to hide taxes and blame someone else.

Here's my idea on cooperate taxes...let them sell their product and add a sales tax to it equivalent to their normal cooperate tax....let the damn DUmmies see how much of the purchase price goes to the government....hell, a national sales tax and no other tax suits me...BUT IT WON'T SUIT THE GOVERNMENT AND EVERYONE ELSE.... :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:...my best evil laugh

I have always said stop withholding and make people write a check every year to the IRS. If people see how much they actually fork over they won't be so quick to say lets tax everyone.

It has always amazed me that the DUmb****s get their panties all in a wad as to how those "evil" oil companies (and refineries, and distributors, and gas stations) COMBINED make about 25 cents on a gallon of gasoline, yet the government takes in on the order of $1.00 or more in sales, state, and federal taxes.  (And yes, some states charge both a state gas tax AND sales tax.)

DUmmies are void of all reasonable/common sense thinking.

Best Damn Idea ever.  You would hear calls for Tax reform the minute the first check was written by someone in the gimme class

Second Best Idea: Checks for taxes must be sent in between Oct 15 and Nov 1 so the thought of writing that check is fresh on the voter's mind.

Problem is nowadays, if you have kids and earn less than 50 grand, ya get back more from the gubmint than ya paid in! Worst thing we ever did was let 'em pass that Earned Income Credit CRAP!
