Looks like the moving unemployment map has been updated through May 2010.  It does not paint a very pretty picture.

I used to like purple.  Not so much on that graph though.

Wow, CA is all purple and black. The county I live in now is just purple, thanks to the stimulus package./s

At a glance, it looks like KS, NE, SD, and ND are generally unscathed. I wonder what's up with that county in SD NW of that big one in NE - a reservation?

I looked on Google Maps and I swear there's nothing there.

Don't know the county, but the oil fields in northern Nebraska, N. and S. Dakota are goin' gang busters!

Cherry County, Nebraska was where I was born and raised. There isn't anything out there except grasslands and cattle. There are less people now than in 2000, as several ranches have gone out.

WOW! That is VERY, VERY SCARY! I'm sure that LORD ZERO will be right on top of it. Oh yeah,...he passed the "stimulus" package! FAIL!!! :bird:

The Soooooper genius economic adviser that just left, warned us if we didn't pass the stimulus we would have 10% unemployment! If we passed it we would keep it under 8%!

Wonder why she's leaving?
