There is no "leader" per se as you presume,there are conservative voices and spokes persons that may be involved but that is it.
As far as politics go I guess your guess is as good as mine,I know little about Rand Paul but if he adheres to his fathers beliefs I don`t consider him a conservative.
If he distances himself from the Libertarian garbage then maybe but regardless he is a politician running for an office and nothing more.
Is Kucinich or Graysen the leader of the progressive/socialist party in the USA?

Its just that he posted these questions, and then left - I was figuring at least some debate. I can only suppose that means the posts ended up with answers the OP wasn't expecting and then he left.
