Title: Top 12 Racist Politicians of Modern History

Not going to post the entire op because you can guess for the most part.
This one was interesting though.

3. Robert Byrd, Pre-Transformation

Shortly after his death earlier this year, the late Robert Byrd’s personal story was told as one of great transformation. He did, later in life, become a champion of civil rights. However, during the early part of his career, he was a unabashed bigot and member of the Ku Klux Klan. Byrd was a Democrat.

7. I don't care if he never left the Klan. As long as at the end of the day, his vote
demonstrated otherwise, I don't care about his personal beliefs.

Did he leave the Democratic Party in opposition to civil rights and become Republican as most of the Dixiecrats did? No.

What does his voting record show? It doesn't reflect someone who is a bigot, now does it?

Again, I don't give a damn about what he thought of me as a black woman, black people, Hispanics, Jews, as long as when he sat his ass down to vote, he pulled the lever in the rigth direction.

That pretty much shows how much respect a liberal truly has for themselves.
Hate me if you want, just give me free stuff and I won`t care.

No wonder conservative blacks are so hated by the left, they have pride in their accomplishments.

And that sums up right there why Bill Clinton...Gerry Studs...Barney Frank...Byrd and others are continually voted back into office.

Isn't that kinda like saying "I don't care if he's a serial rapist as long as he keeps voting to keep abortion legal"? Pretty twisted.

Let me see, John McCain is considered a racist because of what he said about Asians BUT Joe Biden isn't considered racist because of comments he made about Indians and Blacks when he was running against Obama? nor is Reid mentioned for his comments? nor is Al Gore's Father mentioned for voting against the civil rights act? you can tell this came from a nothing blog.

11.  If this list is supposed to include bigots of all stripes then Richard Nixon, who had a real thing about Jews, ought to be on it.

Amazing.  So if I get this straight, the minority DUmmy in question doesn't care if a white Klansman calls her a N*****, so long as she keeps getting her "free" shit.

Got it.

We have only the white liberal's 'white guilt and gullibility' to thank for giving minorities the rewards to keep being racist while pointing the racist finger at non racists.

How modern was this poll?  Old Abe was about as racist as Byrd, in his time, and until it became clear his inclination to "return the black man to his homeland" wasn't gonna fly.
