12. Do you understand that hate and anger are not progressive values?

:hammer:

There would not be a Democrat Underground without hate & anger.

Nice find.

Oh brother.  If you row over, only spend 10 seconds of your life.  All the thread is, is squabbling cause some guy responded to the OP with a single ROFL icon.

Says who?  Hate and anger are two of the cornerstones of progressivism. (Envy being the third.  And apparently Projection is the fourth.)

52. Your comment or lack of comment was to this OP, not what

the poster has said in other places. Again, what do you find amusing about voting for Democrats in hopes of progressive changes? You still have not answered that question.

Stupid Beth

57. Why are you bullying this poster? Or is that now your job on this board?

64. Asking questions is not bullying. This is a discussion forum.

I have no job on this forum. Nobody directs me to do anything. I do as I please. Thanks for asking.

Edit to add: Please note that I have called nobody a name, made any allusions to anything, nor have I done anything but ask questions.

Here's a question for you: What about the original post do you disagree with? For the life of me, I can't find a single statement in it that is incorrect.

Beth, asking someone to answer a question is bullying??  Makes perfect sense that your a liberal.

Too funny.  The foundation of liberal/progressive hate and anger is the notion that voting third-party or choosing not to vote at all is the same as voting for Republicans.  The 100% Dear Leader worshippers are currently in hate and anger overdrive on that issue.

Hate, anger, and a suspension of common sense....and a pinch of insanity makes one a good progressive.

Too funny.  The foundation of Republican/RINO hate and anger is the notion that voting third-party or choosing not to vote at all is the same as voting for Republicans Dim'Rats.  The 100% Dear Leader worshippers "moderate" ideologues of the GOP are currently in hate and anger overdrive on that issue.

My God, could it be that BOTH parties are a mite testy with those that won't toe the Party Line - and reduce their collective chokehold on power over the American people as a result?  :thatsright:

I might agree with you except I haven't noted any hate and anger on the Republican side for not voting.  It could very well be that I missed it, but until McCain added Palin to the ticket in 2008, I had no plans to vote for him, said so on this site, and nobody pulled the "that's a vote for the Dems" on me.

I admit that I, in quite a few debates have thrown up the "you wasted your vote by not voting for McCain/Palin and allowed Obama to be elected card" and still do so at times, but my intentions are noble, I felt and still feel the Supreme Court is way too important to just throw away your vote, a 5-4 majority is way too close for comfort, if we had a 7-2 majority on the Court I might feel differently.

Speaking of SCOTUS, I'm hoping that this judge's ruling about the AZ immigration law will put a kink in the Kagan confirmation, but we got too many RINO's on Capitol Hill (Graham is one of them).
