Title: Financial reform speech

Obama's lying again.  He's giving credit to Dodd and Frank for getting this bill done. WTF, these two are the chief architects of the economic crisis that we face. This bill will do nothing to improve things since it leaves their little pets, Fannie and Freddie untouched.
