Did they have a frank discussion with John T (http://www.bangordailynews.com/detail/143693.html) about de-planing the dog at Bangor or what? I mean how bad would it be after having to have to tell the kids daddy couldn't plug the hole that their new dog needs to be renamed "Splat"?? (I assume the Wiz landed a Bangor in the Air Farce Wun) :rotf:

Hi,

The web site now has a clarification saying the dog arrived on an earlier jet but there was also several people on the jet. The reason there was two jets was the field was too small to accomodate the president's normal jet. Hmmm, sounds like CYA to me.

Indeed -
obviously, it would be *impossible* to fit the Obama's, four secret servicemen, and a dog on something like a Learjet 60 XR... [/sarc]
