The next head to roll at CNN will be John King's, insiders say. "Since King replaced Lou Dobbs, he's lost more than half his audience," one source told us. "If it were a fight, it would be stopped on a TKO because of the bleeding." In April, Washington Post TV critic Tom Shales quoted a producer as saying King's show was attracting "only friends and relatives."

King is drier than a Phoenix sidewalk in August.

From the channel that gets their asses kicked by Cartoon Network.

And for the record, friends and relatives watch Olbermann.  NOBODY watches King.

I wasn't a huge fan of Dobbs myself, but he was about the last holdout from the hive mind that CNN has become, there is basically no reason to watch it remaining.  The Leftards would rather watch the freakshow on MSNBC, and everyone else would rather watch Fox News, where the Right has a voice but there is also a wide diversity of opinion represented.

Having met the man in Iraq (him and his crew rode along with us on a patrol), the only thing I remember of him is he smokes like a chimney.  Nothing profound, nothing even worth remembering.
