Title: DU Like Ideals
Post by: Revolution on July 03, 2010, 01:38:07 AM
I actually wanted the see how much support I would get from the Petition that was posted earlier, on another forum. This is what I got:

Just FYI, there's a lot of DUmmy material over there as well. Just look in the subforum for confirmation. I make no bones about speaking my true feelings either. WHY are people so stupid?!?  :banghead:

Oh my Lord, this guy bedir is trying to show how crime rates along the border are not all that bad with a graph that has orange and red (bad crime rates) all along the border. Did I mention the graph is from 1999?!?!?  I shouldn't have, but I can't help ripping him apart.

That damned Mexican border with South Carolina, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland and Tennesee

Stand with Arizona indeed

In fact, Revolution, you must work for the Dept of Making **** Up.

Facts are easy to find, try actually looking for them rather than seeing dark skin and making assumptions.

Yeah, that's what it is all right...DUmmy. Why do these people always try to make it about racism? I'm getting fairly exasperated.

I'm surprised there are so many progressive sport fans there.

So am I, actually. I joined on the basis of the sports aspect. I had no idea there would be so many left wing nut jobs in the "P&CE" sub forum when I registered. Some of the discussion there is just unreal!

The U.S. State Department recently updated its “Death of U.S. Citizens Abroad by Non-Natural Causes” report to include homicide figures for all of 2009.

The new figures change the picture for U.S. citizen homicides in Juarez, Mexico, as portrayed in a prior report by this writer.

Between 2004 and the end of 2009, a total of 302 U.S. citizens were murdered in Mexico, the State Department figures show. A total of 136, or 45 percent, of those homicides occurred in 2008 and 2009 — the height of Mexican President Felipe Calderon’s military build-up in the drug war.

Of the 302 homicides in Mexico involving U.S. citizens since 2004, according to the State Department data, a total of 103, or some 34 percent, occurred in Mexico’s Baja region — and 64 of those homicides took place in Tijuana.

By comparison, in Juarez, now the most violent city on the planet, over the same period, 50 U.S. citizens were murdered.

But Juarez, over the past two years — due, in large part, to a spike in U.S. citizen murders over the final six months of 2009 — has jumped ahead of Tijuana in the bloodshed count.

For the two-year period ended December 2009, a total of 39 U.S. citizens were slain in Juarez, according to the State Department report. Meanwhile, Tijuana notched 30 murders of U.S. citizens over the same period.

Lets see here. Interesting to look at the non-border state results.
NY. Orange
Mass. Orange
Maryland. Red
Del. Red
Tenn. Red
Misery. Orange
Il. Red
MI. Orange

Yep, what a surprise, all failed liberal strongholds.

Fla, Red
Ga. Orange
SC. Red
NC. Orange
LA. Red

Huh, lookie there, all states that depend heavily on migrants. Florida also has the bonus feature of everyone on a crime spree in the US just has to take a swing on by. It's like a thug tourist attraction or something.

Of course these numbers are during the Clintoon years so you can draw your own conclusions.

IF you look, the mod of that subforum has closed the thread. Typical. I'm on a pretty good roll, and the moderator (has a track record of this) closes the damn thing when his side of the argument is failing apart. It's amazing to me that someone so clearly biased can be a moderator of a political sub forum. The whole forum touts sports talk, but that sub forum is the most popular by far. When it comes right down to it, P&CE is basically another DUmmy camp. There are a few of us rogue fighters there, but not many.

bedir is an idiot especially with this comment:

your 2009 data on kidnapping trumps my 2010 data on all violent crimes?

We're still in 2010 so the data on it isn't complete yet.

I'm surprised to see the numbers in Nebraska that high, even if it is from 1999. I always figured Nebraska to be closer to N and S Dakota as far as crime rate.

I would think that has to do with meth labs.
