Even after all the things Sessions brought up a filibuster would be a dirty thing to do? I'm so tired of the "we have to always give in to get along with the left Republicans".

Orrin Hatch: Filibustering Kagan would be a “dirty thing to doâ€
[The Hill] — A Republican filibuster of Elena Kagan would be “an unheard of, dirty thing to do,†Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) said Thursday.
Hatch, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, told ABC News his party won’t prevent an up-or-down vote on Obama’s SCOTUS nominee.
“Republicans aren’t going to filibuster her,†he said.
The ranking member of the committee, Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), said last weekend that a filibuster of Kagan was “conceivable†depending on how this week’s hearings went.

Hey, Orrin, remember Bork? The persistent undeserved civility of the GOP toward the snakes across the aisle is a millstone around the neck of anyone trying to rein in the Democrats.
-
The current batch of GOP has, collectively, zero backbone when it comes to defending COTUS.

Then they are fools if they don't stop this appointment. Sed refuses to acknowledge the import of the Declaration of Independence. It is the basis of the constitution and CLEARLY refutes the devine right of kings. Firther, it establishes the Citizens/indiviguals as the Sovreigns of the Government. And as the sovreighs we have the RIGHT and obligation to remove and replace any government domestically that fails to understand and agree with this document.
An attitude sorely lacking from the "I won" Obama administration.
There is no one should be on the S. C. who does not understand that VITAL circumstance.

Let's get dirty.

Another of those weak-knee pseudo-conservatives. The only thing more dangerous than moonbats.

Hi,
I think a filibuster would be a wonderful thing to do. Enough is enough. Lying under oath to get a Supreme Court nomination is not my idea of fair either. It is time the republicans gave the libs a taste of their own medicine.
My fear is the really do not have the courage to stand up for much of anything.

She's also a big believer in using law rulings from other country's courts in making rulings in OUR country.
No wonder she won't stand up for the U.S. Constitution.
Damn Transnationalist bullsh*t.
She's Obama with fatter ankles and a skirt.

Let's get dirty.
Democrats have always gotten down into the dirt to fight, elected Republicans for some reason feel they're above that. I say get dirty once in awhile.

I was so ticked off when Sandra Day O'Connor somehow hinted that it wasn't a bad thing to look to foreign laws for guidance, you've got to be kidding me, our laws are based on OUR Constitution.

If you have a senator or rep who is afraid of "getting dirty," then you have a senator or rep who should be removed from office immediately.
