It'll be political suicide for Obama to prosecute them.

So that means he just might.

Even if he doesn't the leftist moonbats will be howling because someone dared not bow to their messiah. You will quickly learn the limits of the left's commitment to the environment and the inexhaustible depths of their cravings for unchallenged power.
