BTW the AFB he's talking about is Patrick AFB, home to the 45th Space Wing. They support operations at Canaveral AFS who preform the military launches at the Space Center. It's also a major waypoint for flights heading over to the war zones when there's a buildup going on.

The funny thing is they could move it west but they need to hurry. There's a new interchange being built at I-95 and the causeway out from the base. Once it's in they plan to develop the shit out of the area.
