(CNSNews.com) - The U.S. Census purposefully hired more workers than it needed, telling the Office of the Inspector General of the Commerce Department that it did so as a “cost-saving measure,” according to a memorandum that Todd J. Zinser of the inspector general’s office sent to Census Bureau Director Robert Groves last week.

how does hiring more people save costs?  methinks it was more about bumping down the unemployment numbers.

The government can't run a business....Any business, without going bankrupt.

Several people have came forward and said they were fired and rehired the same day several different times. Each time they were hired was counted as another job created.
