OK, we've gotten the talking point for the day. Jindahl is
passionate and a good ranter and the President is just way too calm and collected in the face of crises and the Rs will sweep all elections from here to eternity because of it. Well, damn, he just plain old doesn't care. I mean the "optics"/theatrics are sooooooo much more important than the actual work being done.
Skidmark is everywhere these days. Getting boring.

I gave up on Jindal when he was silent after his staffer got the crap beaten out of her by leftists.

What work being done? Jindal begged, pleaded and harangued for those barrier islands, and all he got was silence. There was just too much golf to play, McCartney to listen to, fun to be had to bother with any of this.

No way would Obama or the Democrats do anything to make Jindal or Republicans look good.

Perhaps in the long run, when feckless Democrats are no longer in charge of Congress, this will enable some legislation to be passed allowing EPA's sphincter-like role, stifling any timely response actions, to be curtailed in declared emergencies. Of coure, with Obama in charge, if it is up to the White House to invoke such an exception vise the governor concerned, Louisiana would still be screwed.

"cool and collected" indeed.
It's hard to get stressed when you're at luaus and Paul McCartney concerts.
