Title: â˜™ It is the Time of the Eye â§
Post by: TimeOfTheEye on June 03, 2010, 12:29:18 PM: Hello, my name is Amy and I'm a 22 year old, married woman. I consider myself wholly conservative but as of yet have merely watched discussions on such topics and finally grew fed up with being silent. So, that's why I'm here. To become informed in a place of like-minded people because I constantly find myself going astray with discussions on other forums, only finding my original stances have had to do with the opposite of what I support and value. It gets confusing because some liberal ideologies sound good or reasonable or you hear it intoned so much you find yourself repeating only to have someone say something against you that makes sense and sheds light and clarity. Long story short, I'm here to break the cycle of misinformation that I've been led to believe and parrot and take responsibility for my own search for knowledge and truth and to become actively involved in this fearful climate of unrest, and to find hope. Also...to have discussions with like minded people and make friends, lol.
