Unfortunately for them, everything that went wrong seems to have happened over a year after Bush left office.

Rhetorical question here, do the Democrats actually think the American people are going to buy this? I know the Obama loyalists will salivate over it and buy that Bush's at fault, but the majority of the people won't.
