Title: is anyone watching this HBO series "Treme"...

it seems to be about, all about, how somehow the United States of American  didn't spend enough money to provide all of the funds necessary to rebuild this "fine city" into the  the ghetto it once was.

hummm...

i don't get it.

new orleans was once a particularly fancy shithole before katrina or somesuch?. 

now, new orlenans is a just a shithole once again.

huh?

wait...  what?

we are supposed to do what for them?


i don't get it...
