Ok gang once again I will be off to Kentucky for the weekend to enter the largest Sci Fi and Fantasy contest in the US. Last year I finally got a merit award and hopefuly this year I'll do as well. I leave thursday and will be back Friday. I'll be posting pictures while I'm there since this year I'll have my laptop and digital camera with me . Last year was the largest number of entrys ever with just over 500 models entered in the contest. Here is a link to the web site,

Now the only bad thing is today i had a tooth pulled and I'm probably going to spend the first few days of the contest looking like I just got beaten by Stallone in a rocky movie. My face was swollen so bad this morning the Dentist couldn't wait to get me into the chair to start things going. The best part is I had no idea he pulled the tooth when he did. It was done and over with quickly. I was still waiting for him to start and it was already done.

Ok everyone I now have my pictures ready for one and all to see from my trip to Wonderfest 2010. I didn't win anything this year in the contest but considering how the week before was filled with dental trouble and caused me to lay off working on my stuff I can understand why. There are one or two pictures that maybe NSFW. I did however get a nice print as a door prise at the dinner on Sunday night signed by the guy that sculpted alot of the old Aurora monster kits back in the 1960's. He's 91 oe 92 and i happened to over hear him talking to his wife back home and he was so happy to know that someone appreciated his work enough to invite him to this years convention and then ask him to be a part of the dinner as well. He said he had never gotten a standing ovation for all of his hard work

Not this year. It seems to be hit or miss when it comes to Warhammer stuff.
