I always watched them when Bush was president as well...and it's almost like a "Let's roast the President" hour.

The funniest segment I remembered is when GW was going on about how he and Jeb used to fight as kids all the time, but that he holds no grudges and is happy that his brother is the governor of Florida...He then points to a screen and flashes pics of his brother as a baby nude....along with other embarrassing photos of Jeb....I LMAO.

He had a great sense of humor.

btw...it's on msnbc :whatever:

Rush flat out said on the air that if he was ever invited again - he was there under Komrade Klinton's regime as well as under George, son of George of the BFEE - he'd flat turn it down. Something about politics being hollywierd for ugly people, and the WH correspondent's dinner is the Academy Awards of political ~~journalism~~ urinalism.

I am going to drink a Corona, take a hot bath and watch PitBull rescue on Animal Channel. I need to be up at 8am. Going boating tomorrow and need to find a slip on Peanut Island before the "kids" get there. It's a first come first served thing.

A kid changes everything.
