DALLAS - Police are searching for a suburban Dallas man accused of decapitating his wife with a chainsaw.

Lewisville police have issued an arrest warrant for 49-year-old Jose Fernando Corona that charges him with the murder of his wife, Maria Corona.

The slain 44-year-old mother of six was discovered in the street near her home Monday. A bloody trail ran from her headless body to her house. Police found two chainsaws with blood and tissue matter nearby, one of them still running.

The Dallas Morning News reported Wednesday that Lewisville police Capt. Kevin Deaver said the couple had been having marital problems.

Deaver said Jose Corona has no prior criminal history. Police are asking state and federal authorities for help locating him.

Meaning that Dallas PD hadn't looked closely enough at this shitstain's prior aberrant behavior, for fear of being accused of 'profiling'.  :hammer:

Tarrant County is the ME.  I forget.  Is that because Denton County doesn't have an ME?  I heard about this on the radio.  He has family in CA, AZ, WA, TN, and Mexico.

What kind of chainsaw was that?  Both of mine always stop if I put them down for long, I have to keep hold and goose them every once in a while...

Good question. Maybe the reporter embellished a little.

The article said he used two of them.  That must have taken a while.

That's the press for you...always overlooking the really important information to chase some piece of pointless sensationalism.

It was two chainsaws.  His car was found, but the one he stole hasn't been, and they don't know how he got from where the car was, to the one he stole.  And yes, she was found in the middle of the street.

What a sicko

So, there are allot of sickos out there and they somehow manage to live a squeaky clean life until they hit their 40's.

It seems that the better educated, those with more to loose that for some reason go loopy and off their family then we are amazed.  No surprise when drugs are involved  by the middle class but when a Harvard Professor gets nuts, we tend to ignore it.
