Title: Armed robber wraps head in toilet paper as a disguise (Nebraska)

The man - described as a white male in aged 25 to 33, about 6 foot 2 inches, with toilet paper all over his face - took an unspecified amount of money from the store's safe, before fleeing on foot.

A Lincoln police sniffer dog was dispatched to try and track down the suspect - but discovered only a trail of sheets of toilet paper, which eventually ran out.

The suspect is still at large. ...

Frank sometimes does fill-in at a truck stop, I doubt this was the place. Unless you are saying Frank was the one wearing the TP. Which I highly doubt.

The other night in Omaha two teens tried to rob a Walgreen's store armed wit ha shotgun and ran into a customer with his own handgun. The customer opened fire when the teen with the shotgun threatened the other customers and hit him four times. He lived long enough to make the short walk to the main entrance where he collapsed and died . The other teen was held till the cops arrived and he's now facing jail time. The customer with the gun won't be charged with the shooting but this is the second time he has been found in violation of Nebraska's CCW law.  It's a Misdemeanor but I say it's still good on him that he likely saved some lives.

CCW laws need to go away. If one can legally own a gun, they should also be legally able to carry.
