What insurance plan has the highest rejection rate among all heathcare insurance providers for treatments...devices and medicines in the country?
 

Think it's Blue Cross? Humana?

I can guarentee you that you won't like the answer.

I just want to see if your collective "intelligence" can come up with the correct answer.

Not a bouncy:

I know two women of age--over 60. One has good health insurance who's PET scan (a very important test) was covered and used.
The other, a friend's mother, had approval for the PET scan DENIED by Medicare.
