I need some help from DU here
   
As I announced on DU this week, I intend on challenging an incumbent for a seat on the Monmouth County Democratic Committee (a male and a female from each voting precinct are elected in the primary for the committee). I do not know the incumbent I'm challenging and I am not doing this to run against her, but because it's something I want to do for myself.

This week, I would like to eventually meet with her, the local Democratic Party chair (also someone I don't know), and the Mayor of my town (D) to let them know my intentions and try and getting them to work with me and not against me.

I would like to come to this prepared and so it looks like I know what I am doing and that I don't look like an ambitious kid. I'm working on a letter of intention describing what I have done for progressive causes since moving here in 2007 and listing the organizations that I am involved with. Since I am also a progressive blogger, I want to put a printout of a few blog entries in there too. What I need you guys to help me with (anyone who is willing) is to read through my blog and tell me what some of my better blog entries are. I write for my own blog and a statewide one.

If anyone is interested in helping me out, please let me know. I want to get this done this week. Thanks in advance DU

This person sounds very ill-prepared to run for any office.

You are running against the incumbant for no particular reason, don't even know if you agree on the issues or not?

You really think the person you run against is suppose to work with you?

DUmmie, you will never be prepared, you don't even have a reason. Your even a carpetbagger to the county. Wow. That oughtta help.
