According to the AP (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/us_odd_determined_dog), the dog has to go through obedience training. He's normally fenced in but got out somehow.

Dogs are stupid, particularly when they chase cars. Cats are much smarter. They run away from the 2 ton pieces of rolling metal that can squish them.

Bullshit...they just crawl up the engine block for warmth, and wait until the human starts the car to become diced kitty.

I lost a couple of cats when I was a kid like that.
