“Anime is a prime example of why two nukes just wasn’t enough.”

Or in other words, he’ like to kill more Japanese citizens because he doesn’t like their cartoons.

Don’t expect this to get much play in the state-run media.
It doesn’t fit with their propaganda.

What a moron! Japan should of been allowed to maintain their honorific culture. The days of the Samurai had honor, which is in decline in Japan.

It may be totally non-PC but actually it is kinda funny...but very ironic since that sucker looks like he belongs behind the counter at a comic book store!

Bad joke. Stupid yet we shouldn't get all wrapped up because people say dumb things. Do you think the minority leader of the house should step down because the left finds something he said offensive?

Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, ours differ.  I doubt that everyone decrying it has clean hands on such dark humor wisecracks, especially where Muslims are concerned.  There was certainly a lot of chuckles over xultar's mangled semi-Ebonics on another thread today, which would be just as offensive to those who want to be offended as this was.

It is of course an incredibly inappropriate thing to post on a website, and amazingly stupid for a politician of all people to do it.

It's not funny, and it is the epitome of stupidity for a politician to write it, or even speak it.
