With all the bad news about the economy, just look up and down the GD thread. My thought was that maybe Silver Spoon Boy doesn't need another Terra attack, just an economic collapse to bring back the strong hand of fear. Call me a tin foil hater I am used to it by now, just hope that I don't have to say I told you so when you see the armed military in the streets. I know my mind will be better the day that Man leaves the White House. Voting, anyone but Republican.

2. We may need to revisit those infamous "Executive Orders"
I think they may have been vague enough to equate financial crisis with
national crisis worthy of intervention.

25. I don't think you're being paranoid.
Economic distress can trigger social unrest quite easily, and TPTB know it all too well. Could it lead to martial law? Not so much of a stretch, if you ask me, especially with the crowd we have in the WH right now. Still plenty of time for Boy George to cause a lot of damage before he must leave office.

Reality based as ever.

Because the first 537 failed predicitons of impending martial law are no reason to stop acting like a paranoid ass with delusions of David-vs-Goliath.

First, happy to see that the DUmbasses do not spell it Marshall Law anymore. Praise the good and all.

Second, evidently not a single DUchebag lived thruogh 1977-1980.
