No-brainer, right?

Except the No-Brainers that passed the HCR bill never included it in the reconciliation bill passed Sunday night.

The motion MUST be permitted to the senate floor for a vote. The senate MUST vote on it. Thus the dems have one of 2 choices:

A) say "nyet" to the amendment and go on records as allowing funding for Viagra to sex offenders

--OR--

B) pass the amendment and the reconciliation bill bounces back to the House
