Seventy-two percent (72%) of Republicans and 58% of voters not affiliated with either major party favor such lawsuits. Sixty-five percent (65%) of Democrats are opposed.

When I saw your thread title, I did wonder if some retarded MSM outlet had really cooked some poll. They were saying all these things a year ago, but now the Independents have ran away from the Democrat Party as fast as possible. Even the libtarded state I'm in (WA state) is going to file a lawsuit challenging this "bill" that's now "law".

I sent an e-mail to my Congresscritter, telling her to start packing her bags and updating her resume. I might get a form letter telling what a wonderful bill this POS is back in about 3-4 months.

Rob McKenna is one of the good ones. Not sure how he's managed to get elected in Washington, but I'm glad to say I voted for him back in 2004.
