a toothless mandate?

I just saw what the penalty for no insurance is. $95 in 2012 rising in 2014 to $695, never to exceed 2.5% of your income.

With totally subsidized coverage for those under 133% of poverty level and premiums not to exceed 8% of income or something to that effect.

I'm starting to feel less sick to my stomach. I really hope this is true. I cannot -- CANNOT -- afford insurance at this time. I never really want it, don't use it, expect to die if I ever get seriously ill and won't fight it any longer than to find my furfamily homes.

Well too bad if you can not afford insurance Obama, Pelosi, and Reid say you must buy it now. You are selfish for not wanting to pay for other people's health care.  :-)

Why do you think this bill includes hiring 15,000 new IRS enforcers?

I am sure the fine will be taken from withholdings just like any other tax. And if you fall short you will be required to write a check for the difference when you file.

Yes, I believe that.   :whatever:

Tell me again ... what was the maximum tax supposed to be on Social Security.  Wasn't it supposed to be something like 1%?

For many queer DUmmies, a toothless man date is among their fondest dreams.

All tax and spending bills originate in the House.... Oops....

But who is going to stop them?
