Really, nobody needs to be known as Mr. Doody or Ms. Porn. Included in the court records are applications filed on behalf of a young Ralph Lauren (nee Lifshitz), and Chad Ochocinco, the NFL star formerly known as Chad Johnson, and Jon Stewart, who settled on a variation of his given middle name. YMCA camp.  Two sets of twins.  Don't remember their last names, but their first names were:

Burgandy and Bordeaux.

Stormy and Sunny.

Had a girlfriend once whose last name was Blewett.  It really didn't matter what first name her parents gave her.

There was also a Lois Lane in my grade school.

A cello holder that Mrs E used to gig with had 4 daughters. He fancied himself as such a gifted musician that he named them:

1.  Timbre
2.  Tenor
3.  Treble
4.  Tetra (presumably from "tetrachord")
