A man can have sexual pleasure from a child as young as a baby. However, he should not penetrate vaginally, but sodomising the child is acceptable. And of course everyone still thinks they should be tolerated, coddled, and be free to practice their sick beliefs on our soil. WE are suppose to adapt to them. Meanwhile, Israel is building housing in their own Capitol city, and our President is outraged.

Everyone in town received a 'postcard' notice last week about a "high risk" sex offender; victim was 7 years old. The :censored: lives near 2 schools, but outside the "child safety zone". :banghead:
There are three different risk levels:
Level one (low): indicates that the person poses a low danger to the community and will not likely engage in criminal sexual conduct.
Level two (moderate): indicates that the person poses a moderate danger to the community and may continue to engage in criminal sexual conduct.
Level three (high): indicates that the person poses a serious danger to the community and will continue to engage in criminal sexual conduct.
The authorities know he's going to 'continue to engage', but his right to live here is greater than our childrens' right to safety - so the major consensus is that it's up to someone else to handle the problem.
