Yeah, about that cartilage, I injured myself doing sumo squats, kind of like jump squats but with toes pointed outward.

But I am getting bufffffed!  :evillaugh:

Ouchie!!! I can't hurt myself and recover quickly like I used to. I can't even sleep on a sofa anymore. Dang creaky old bones. LOL!!!

I tell people all the time that I don't feel any different than I did when I was 21 except that daily I can feel everything that I've hurt since I was 16.  :-)

Yeah...I did one once....when I was drunk....lost my balance, crashed against the porcelain...and cracked my tailbone.
