Oh my.
By the way, Skins's island is pretty boring today (Sunday), not much action.
The primitives are falling down on their job.

****.
I got my meds today. But there was something wrong. In the past, my co-pay was $0. Now it's several hundred. WTF? And these are meds that keep me alive.

1. That sounds strage. It would be easy for a pharmacy clerk to make such a mistake.
Get on that right away Monday.

2. And you get them on Saturday. Just great.
All I can say is to try and not spend this weekend stewing and worrying. I know first thing Monday morning you'll be calling the relevant agencies. I'm sending lots of good karma your way that this is just some clerical screw-up!

4. Hey we have the greatest health care in the world....plus we can bomb anyone to death a hundred times!!! Maybe that was the change you can believe in!!
This is really one of the most ****ed up countries in the world. I am sorry for your situation, I lost my job one year ago and have no health care or HOPE for change I can believe in.
So let's bomb them all!!! Maybe that makes people feel better.

6. Check prices of generic vs. name brand.
My insurance company used to give me name brand for generic prices due to Dr. writing script for name brand only...but now they charge me name brand prices so I'm going to generic at next refill.

I've heard AIDS medication can be expensive.

....and most of'em are on Medicaid.

My insurance company has a "chronic disease" program that I just signed up for, so all of my copays for office visits and medication that have to do with my heart condition (which is the only reason I see a doctor or take meds) are waived. Of course, this program would have kept me from reaching my "out of pocket" limit for this year if I had signed up for it last month, which would have made my heart surgery only covered 80% instead of 100%, so I held off a bit to make sure I hit the limit first. There's always some kind of scam with these insurance companies you have to look out for.

I'll bet Abilify. 20 pills at 20 mg, with GREAT insurance (same as our congress gets) runs around $120.
Edit: It is used an add-on treatment for depression, as well as for the treatment of schizophrenia and manic episodes related to Bipolar disorder.

I'd like for DUmmy BlueJac to elaborate on the prosperity he enjoyed while Dubya was shredding the Consititution.
And I really hope DUmmy sakabatou gets his insurance situation straightened out and discovers the mistake was when they charged $0. Then he can be billed for several thousand dollars to bring his account back in line. That should be good for a few entertaining threads.

Why not blame it on the big zero. You idiots blamed Bush for everything from tainted spinach to thousands of people being too stupid to get out of the way of a hurricane.
