Comparatively speaking, yes.

I miss his integrity and his honesty. I miss the respect that he continually displayed to the military. I miss his determination to do the right thing.

But I do NOT miss his actions over the last year of his administration, or better said, his inactions. He essentially gave up and allowed Congress to run all over him. This is witnessed by his rather dismal record of only 12 vetoes in 8 years of office, none of which occurred during his first term.
