Title: Gotta start a new picture thread....

to share these.    My youngest got glasses this weekend....that makes 5 out of 5 in my family....drat those "blind" genes!!

(excuse the hair...his sister was spiked it for him!)

TOO CUTE!!!!! Love the hair! How old is he? Mine is 10.

He's 7.  I splurged and also got him a piar of "sports" glasses, with transition lenses.  The frames are more flexible and padded, they look sort of like sunglasses.  I wanted to not have to worry about his regular glasses getting trashed when he plays basketball and baseball.

The kitty is my Christmas kitty, Maggie.  She's in the middle of everything, all the time!!

He is SOOOO cute and looks like a character!!!!!!! They make kids glasses SO much better than they used to.

That's great! My brother starting wear glasses at age one. This was over 30 years ago and I'm so glad they make glasses that are hard to break now.

Great pic of your son, Flame.  Those glasses are a very good look for him. :)

He's a good looking boy Flame.  I know my nephew who's 7, has already gone though a few pairs of glasses...he just started wearing them when he was 4.

I wish they had had those Transition lenses when I was growing up.
