    * Tom Campbell made the right decision by switching from the governor's race to the U.S. Senate contest.
       
    * Incumbent Barbara Boxer is vulnerable, and getting more so with the passage of time.

Sounds like a poll taken in Cook Country, Boston, or--surprise--San Freaksicko.
