Pretty sobering show.
100 million people in the 20th century dead becasue of totalitarian communist dictators, and people today view those dictators as "misunderstood".

Sadly...the people who need to watch it....won't. :(

Yes, I watched the program. I was disappointed for myself. I learned nothing new.

You didn't learn anything new, Undies, because much of it, we learned in school, or from teachers, family or friends who lived it. Our parents served in WWII, other family members served in Korea, the cold war was very real when we were in elementary and high school. Remember having air raid drills? Both my college Spanish profs were Cuban refugees.
These days, kids aren't getting as much info on much of it, as we did.

That's why I was disappointed for myself. I'm very happy for anyone who actually watched and learned something new to them.

I can say that I knew Stalin was a murderer many times over. However, I never knew or heard much about Che Guevara. I did learn something tonight. What fails me is why Hollywood portrayed Che as a "Freedom Fighter" when he was nothing more than a Hitler wanna-be. Che DID seem to be the progressive's progressive in one sense, "say what I want you to say or you're dead".

I saw it. Normally, I'd be at an AA meeting then, but I injured my back Thursday and needed to rest it. I really didn't see anything I already knew.
Lurkers, go to http://www.therealcuba.com for more.

Didn't see it, but it sounds like it was things I was aware of, though not from my mostly CA public school education (1963-1972). My awareness came from reading books like Gulag Archipelago and Black Book of Communism and articles by writers such as Humberto Fontova. Educational malpractice and fraud in PSs goes back a long way in time.

I watched most of it online
