I have family that live in Sparkys neck of the woods and read their local free news paper.
Under the police logs I have noticed a few calls the police respond to and mention that a toter was removed from a home or could not be found.
This is a new term for me, Sparky? anyone ? any ideas?

Thanks all,I was under the impression this was a regional slang.
This free newspaper is unlike any I have ever read before. The writer of the police logs writes the reports tongue in cheek.
Example: 2 p.m. Much excitement on Main Street, 2 very large K-9's fall in love in the middle of the street and stop traffic for 10 minutes.
