The 38-year-old actor said that the cancer is now in remission and he is nearing the end of his successful treatment.
Hall was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma some time ago but kept the news secret from fans.
"I feel fortunate to have been diagnosed with an imminently treatable and curable condition, and I thank my doctors and nurses for their expertise and care," Hall said in a statement.
His spokesman added that Hall's cancer, which affects the lymphatic system, is in complete remission. ...

I've known people with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. While it may go into remission for years, it is almost always fatal.

Damn that sucks. Dexter is one of the few TV shows to truly capture my attention lately. I hope he can beat this.

My best friend growing up had it occur twice when he was young. He has been in remission for about 25 years now.
