We've been concerned about the gigantic primitive, the #08 TOP PRIMITIVE OF 2009 under his Skins's island monicker of "Systematic Chaos," not having heard from him for a while.

Hey everyone. Just a quick post to let everyone know I'm still here.

I've been taking a break from journaling while I get a handle on yet another couple of issues which have cropped up. I'm tired of coming here and always having the same stupid junk to complain about, so I guess that's why I've been more quiet.

Once I think I have things back in some semblance of order, I'll talk about it in hindsight so I don't sound as whiny. I'm confident I'll be okay in the end.

One good piece of news is that eating nothing but small amounts of extremely low-calorie food has finally brought me out of the 430s, at least as of last night. I'm kinda forced to do it with minimum exercise, though, which has me -- understandably -- highly miffed. Hopefully I'll not have another goofy rebound between now and Sunday so I can post a really positive weigh-in.

Keep doing right by yourselves, everyone, and trust that despite my infrequent communication I'm doing the same.

No mention of Jeanette?  :confused: Catch her and Joe? Catch her and the Denver Broncos? Desperately trying to figure a way around his standard posting format?

You mean he followed our advise of eating fewer calories and lost weight?  Good for him  :cheersmate:  Amazing how that fewer calories in than out works.
