i live in new york. and we're really worried about our security. not the mention the impending insult to injury. he wasn't read his miranda rights, and he was 'tortured', so his confessions can't be used in civilian court. and he may just get off based on the miranda loophole. it's bullshit. he's a criminal, he should be tried in DC, and NOT as a civilian.
