SO do you have any new years resolutions? Mine is to be more positive this year.

2009 was pretty crappy for us but I vow to be more positive no matter what God throws our way this next year. I am told he never gives us more than we can handle, so I must be stronger than I know.

I also am going to 100% stop smoking!!!

what is yours!

Yeah right.  Weren't you calling someone twit in GD ?  The nerve.

10. SE Alaska, it has been over 5yrs since
I've seen my beloved home town, and its been wearing on me lately that I haven't seen my family, or friends for that long.

I'm hoping to drive to Bellingham, and take the AMH back home sometime this summer. My wife is trying to talk me into going to Metropolis, Illinois but I'd rather see home.

what is it like in the winter in SE Alaska? What are the daylight times?

hubby wants to take a cruise to Alaska, but I just really like the sun of the Caribbean

14. thanks. Usually I am a glass half full type of person
but this year beat me down pretty good and I got pretty snippy and negative

I am going to reverse that!

I had 13 days of not smoking when I was in the hospital. I didn't even miss it or have cravings (of course for the first week, I was pretty out of it) but the minute I got out and into my Jeep, I lit right up and boom...

I am going to do it starting Jan 1st!!!

No hon, you were always snippy and negative.  I doubt you change.  I'll be watching to make sure you keep those promises.

She is not going to keep those promises. You don't go dancing on TLB's grave while promising to be more positive.
